Mental Health Apps
I've tried a couple of mental health apps, and honestly, they can be quite helpful. Especially the ones that remind you to breathe and take breaks.
tbh i'm kinda skeptical abt these apps. aren't we supposed to disconnect to feel better?
Yes, definitely! I think digital tools are a great way to make mental health resources more accessible.
I'd be open to trying, but the cost is a big factor for me. There's no way I'm paying a fortune for an app.
Sharing feelings with an AI feels a bit too 'Black Mirror' for my taste. Prefer human connection, thanks.
Mindfulness exercises are a game-changer. Never believed in it until I tried it for myself.
never used one before but curious. might help with the whole work from home stress thingy?
Professional help through an app sounds good, but it also sounds expensive. Is there a trial period?
I believe in the power of technology for almost everything, except maybe cutting onions. That’s a job for humans, not apps.
Sometimes I feel like my phone is my therapist. Does that count as a mental health app?
Used a meditation app once and ended up more stressed trying to silence my thoughts. Maybe it's just not for me.
It's hard enough disconnecting from social media, now you want me to connect more with an app? Irony much?
