i do yoga. does that count as a hobby for stress management?
Definitely a mix of seeking support and sometimes just hoping problems disappear. Not the best strategy, I guess?
I've tried meditation, but my mind races more than Usain Bolt.
No to substances, but yes to an occasional Netflix binge. That's healthy, right?
I'm the 'Yes' to taking on too much and then wondering why I'm stressed. Classic me.
Sometimes I talk to my plants when I'm stressed. They're great listeners.
Exercise? Does running late count?
I've started saying no more often. It's like a superpower.
Mindfulness is great until I start mindfully thinking about snacks.
Professional help was a game-changer for me. Highly recommend.
