Dans ma pratique, je me spécialise dans deux domaines qui, à mon avis, sont fondamentaux pour atteindre une compréhension complète de soi : la recherche du sens de la vie et la dynamique des familles adoptives. Mon intérêt pour ces sujets n'est pas fortuit; il découle d'une réflexion profonde sur les défis uniques que ces situations présentent et sur la manière dont elles façonnent notre identité et notre parcours de vie.


La quête du sens de la vie est une entreprise aussi ancienne que l'humanité elle-même. Toutefois, dans le tumulte de la vie moderne, trouver sa place et son but peut sembler plus déroutant que jamais. À travers mes études et mes recherches, j'ai développé une approche qui vise à éclairer ce chemin, en aidant mes clients à explorer leurs passions, leurs valeurs et leurs objectifs. Ensemble, nous travaillons à construire une vie qui reflète non seulement qui ils sont, mais aussi qui ils aspirent à devenir.


Par ailleurs, ayant un intérêt marqué pour les dynamiques familiales, j'ai été particulièrement attirée par les intrications spécifiques rencontrées par les familles adoptives. Les questions d'appartenance, d'identité et de relations au sein de ces familles offrent une riche matière à réflexion et nécessitent une approche nuancée et empathique. Mon but est d'accompagner ces familles dans leur voyage unique, en les aidant à naviguer les défis émotionnels et relationnels avec compassion et compréhension.


Mon approche est fondamentalement collaborative. Je crois fermement que chaque individu détient en lui les clés de son propre bien-être, mais qu'il peut parfois avoir besoin d'un coup de pouce pour les trouver. C'est pourquoi je privilégie un dialogue ouvert et honnête, où mes clients se sentent entendus, respectés et soutenus. Je m'efforce de créer un espace sécuritaire où ils peuvent explorer librement leurs pensées et émotions, sans crainte de jugement.
