But through this journey, I have learned that true strength lies not in the suppression of our emotions, but in the courage to confront them, to understand them, and to ultimately, find a way to heal.

It began, as so many of our personal struggles do, in the shadows of my childhood. Growing up, I grappled with the weight of unspoken expectations, the constant pressure to conform, and the nagging feeling that I never quite measured up. The cracks in my mental foundation began to show early on, manifesting in bouts of anxiety, depression, and a deep-seated sense of inadequacy that would become my constant companion.
