I started by establishing a regular sleep routine, ensuring I was getting the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep each night. I also made a conscious effort to incorporate mindfulness practices, such as meditation and deep breathing exercises, into my daily routine.In addition to these personal practices, I also made sure to take regular breaks throughout the day, even if it was just a short walk around the block or a few minutes of stretching.
