I'd sit at my desk, staring at the computer screen, feeling my eyelids grow heavy and my mind drift off. It was incredibly frustrating and, at times, debilitating.

I tried all the quick fixes – energy drinks, supplements, even straight-up caffeine pills. But the effects were always temporary, and I'd inevitably crash even harder than before. I felt like I was stuck in a vicious cycle, constantly battling against my own body and mind.

It wasn't until I started digging deeper into the root causes of mental fatigue that I finally found a path to true, sustainable energy.
