The Awakening
Looking back on my life, I can pinpoint the moment when my journey to becoming an effective leader truly began. It was a pivotal time, a crossroads that would forever shape the course of my personal and professional development. I was in my mid-twenties, freshly minted in my career, eager to make my mark on the world.
